Multicall Business Services & Security — the organisation behind checkinandoutatwork.
checkinandoutatwork is not a standalone software project. It is developed and managed by MBSS NV, a Belgian company with more than twenty years of experience in telemetry and telematics applications for the professional market.
Who we are
Active in telemetry and telematics since 2005.
Multicall Business Services & Security NV (MBSS NV) is a Belgian company and part of the Multicall Group, based in the Erpe-Mere/Herzele region. Since 2005, the company has developed and distributed telemetry and telematics applications for the professional market, from small SMEs to larger enterprises.
Under the brand name Multi-Track, MBSS has been a fixture in vehicle location ("track & trace") for years, with Multi-Track Organizer as its core product. Anyone wanting to know more about that wider offering can find it at multi-track.eu.

From the same regulation, with a clear role.
Registration obligations are not new territory for MBSS. Since Check In At Work became a legal requirement in the construction sector in 2014, the company has helped businesses meet that type of obligation.
Since 1 September 2024, the check-in and check-out obligation also applies to the professional cleaning sector. For this, we offer our own registration solution via checkinandoutatwork: your employees check in and out at the work location, we submit those registrations to the NSSO using your own certificate and follow up on every declaration until the final response — in plain language, not technical error codes.
